EcoSoftener D-11 — General Softening Agent

EcoSoftener D-11 is a cationic amino-functional softener designed for cotton, viscose, and cotton-blend fabrics. It imparts a smooth, silky hand feel through ionic bonding to the negatively charged cotton fibre surface:

• Hand feel: Smooth, silky, soft — suitable for shirting, sheeting, and garment fabrics
• Hydrophilicity: Good — fabric retains moisture absorbency after softening
• No yellowing on white at standard application doses (20–40 g/L pad bath)
• Application: Padding at 20–40 g/L with 70–80% wet pick-up, or exhaust at 0.5–1.5% owf
• Suitable for: Cotton, viscose, cotton-polyester blends up to 65% polyester

EcoSil-SS — Silicone Softener

EcoSil-SS is a micro-silicone emulsion softener that delivers the premium soft, silky, lubricating handle required for export-quality fabrics, high-thread-count sheeting, premium towels, and high-end garment fabrics:

• Hand feel: Exceptionally silky, smooth, and lubricating — superior to cationic softeners
• Tear strength improvement — silicone lubricates fibre-to-fibre movement, reducing tear propagation
• Sewability improvement — reduced needle friction during garment making improves sewing machine performance
• Durable — silicone effect survives multiple domestic wash cycles
• Application: Padding at 15–30 g/L or exhaust at 0.5–1.0% owf. Can be combined with EcoSoftener D-11 in the same bath for cost-performance balance.

EcoFix-XC — Dye Fixative

EcoFix-XC is a cationic dye fixative for reactive-dyed and direct-dyed cotton and viscose fabrics. Applied in the finishing range after the final rinse, it improves key fastness properties:

• Wash fastness: +1 to +1.5 grey scale improvement (ISO 105-C06)
• Wet rubbing fastness: improvement especially on dark shades (navy, black, dark red)
• Critical for dark shades on cotton where reactive dye wash fastness is inherently limited
• Application sequence: Final rinse → EcoFix-XC bath (pH 5–6, 40°C, 2–4% on weight of fabric) → drain → softening bath
• Do NOT combine with EcoSoftener D-11 or EcoSil-SS in the same bath — apply separately in sequence

EcoFR-70 — Flame Retardant Finishing Agent

EcoFR-70 is a durable flame retardant finishing agent for cotton and cotton-blend fabrics requiring fire-resistance certification for export or domestic markets:

• Applied by pad-dry-cure process (typical cure: 160°C for 2 minutes)
• Provides durable flame retardancy that survives 50+ domestic wash cycles
• Meets international FR standards: BS 5867, NFPA 701, EN 13501-1
• Used for: hotel drapery and bedding, workwear, children's nightwear, industrial protective fabrics, theatre and cinema seat covers
