Why do we publish technical guides?
We publish guides to help plant managers, purchasing teams and engineers in Pakistan make better decisions about industrial chemicals and plant services. We are also a supplier, and some guides mention our products. We label them as ours and keep general advice separate from product information.
Who writes and reviews the content?
Guides are written by Seamens Enterprises authors and show the author's name on every article. Product statements are checked against our product catalogue before publication. Our current author profile is Ghulam Muhammad Bahoo.
What standards do we follow?
- Product claims match the catalogue. We do not publish properties, certifications or compliance claims that we cannot support.
- One topic per article. Guides stay on their topic and do not disparage other companies or products.
- Illustrative numbers are labelled. Worked examples that use example prices or figures say so and are not price lists.
- Local context. Where we cite water quality, we use Pakistani ranges such as Lahore groundwater TDS of commonly 800 to 1,500 ppm.
- Sources. Where possible we link to primary sources such as ISO, the IAF CertSearch database, the FBR and the WHO.
How often is content updated?
Each page shows when it was last updated. We review guides when products, regulations or our data change, and update the date only when the content changes.
How do you report an error?
If you find a factual error, email info@seamensenterprises.com with the page address and the correction. We review each report and fix confirmed errors promptly.
Is this professional advice?
Our guides are general information. Dosing, limits and chemical selection depend on your equipment and water, and should be confirmed by trial, analysis and the manufacturer's guidance for your plant.
